Pollock with Rice and Spinach

Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, cooked 0.5 cup Spinach, cooked1 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Vegetable Oil2.5 oz Atlantic Pollock (fish)
Directions
Cook rice and spinach, roast fish in a pan with 0.5 tsp vegetable oil.
Season fish with salt, pepper and thyme, if desired.
Mix Spinach and rice, add salt.
