Michelle's Beef BBQ

Ingredients
medium red bell pepper, chopped finemedium onion, chopped fine1 pound extra lean ground beef15 ounce can diced tomatoes (no salt added)15 ounce can tomato sauce (no salt added)Garlic salt to taste
Directions
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Cook pepper, onion and beef until meat is browned.

Drain and rinse. (Rinse skillet as well)

Return meat mixture to skillet and add tomatoes, sauce, and garlic salt. Mix well.

Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
