1 T red wine vinegar1 T dijon mustard1 T frozen orange juice concentrate2 slice wheat bread3 oz extra lean deli style sliced ham11/2 oz low fat hard cheese - colby jack3 slices dill picklesIn a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for dressing.Drizzle dressing onto both sides of bread, layer ham, cheese and pickles. Grill for 2 - 3 minutes, until bread is brown and crispy and cheese has melted. cut sandwich in half and serve.
