I made this for my hubby's birthday, and he was surprised when I told him that it was healthy for him. It was delicious! Thanks! - 4/28/10

Delicious with a dense texture. You wouldn't even know how healthy it is, it is so satisfying. It is our new birthday cake recipe without the guilt! - 10/15/09

Awesome recipe. Very tasty. It is denser, but it ends up making the cake taste richer and more decadent. I used a "Sugar Free" Icing recipe from Allrecipes.com. Not really sugar-free, but it is low carb and absolutely luscious on this cake!! - 8/3/12
