2 lbs. beef 2 lbs. chicken breast3 cup bbq sauce1 cup water1/2 tp salt1/2 tp pepper
add bbq sauce and water
salt and pepper add both chicken and beef togather and slow cook in a slow cooker or a pot on low to medium heat and let simmer all day till ready to eat use buns or eat as is eahter way very good and filling
