oven roasted potatoes

Ingredients
6 med potatoes, scrubbed, big diced pieces1/4 t. each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt (approximate)a goodsprinkling of pepper1 T dried parsley1 T olive oil
Directions
Leave skin ON potatoes. Scrub and cut into big diced pieces. Add rest of ingredients and mix well to coat.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 til potatoes a little crispy on outside, and done in the middle. I usually give them a good stir several times during baking for even browning.
