Raw Fruit Smoothie

1 cup Raw Yogurt1 cup frozen (or fresh) Blueberries3 T Raw MilkRapadura sugar or Splenda to taste
In personal blender: add all ingredients. Add Splenda to taste. Eat with a large spoon.
