Rice Flour dumplings

Ingredients
1/2 cup Water1/4 cup corn starch or tapioca flour1/4 cup sticky rice flour1 Tbs soy sauce1 cup rice flour
Directions
makes 8 dumplings

Mix water, rice flour, and sticky rice flour in a pot over medium heat. Stir constantly to prevent sticking. Stir until mixture turns gluey. Remove from heat and add corn starch. Let cool.

Test dough to see if it is to osticky. If too sticky add more corn starch.

Roll into 8 balls, them flatten on to discs and steam for 7-8 minutes.

Dough can be stuffed with cooked onions or wilted chives and steamed for the same amount of time. If you would like them crispy you can pan fry them for a few minutes on each side
