Bisquick (or Jiffy MiX) Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix1/4 cup light butter2-3 tablespoons boiling water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl put in 9 inch pie dish and cook 9-10 minutes 350 (until brown) then cool and fill. (i used with the low fat pumpkin pie filling recipe on spark recipes!!
