Healthier Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 C. applesauce 1 C. packed brown sugar 1 tea. ground cinnamon 1/4 tea. nutmeg 4 C. rolled oats (I used quick cook)
Directions
Preheat then oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 cookie sheets with non fat cooking spray. (I used foil - I didn't have any spray). Combine the applesauce, brown sugar and spices in a medium bowl and mix well. Stir in the oats gradually until well blended. Drop by the rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes or until light golden brown.

Makes 48 cookies
