1 med. size Sweet Potato1/2oz. Halfed Walnuts2tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub Sw. Potato, pierce with fork, wrap in aluminum foil then place in oven for approx. 45mins. When Sw. Potato is almost done cooking, approx. 5mins, open foil and cut Sw. Potato lenghtwise and add Walnuts and Brown Sugar. Return to oven for the remaining 5 mins. Let cool 5mins. Serves one--Enjoy!
