Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 large boneless chciken breast (cooked and shredded).25 cup seedless raisins.5 cup low-fat mayo1 heaping Tbsp curry powder
Directions
Boil or bake chciken breast. Shred chicken and mix with all other ingredients. You may add more curry powder if desired. Taste great on a heaping serving of lettuce and tomato.
