Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
Pesto sauce-Basil, 1 cup firmly packed leaves, freshOlive Oil, 3/4 cup EVOOGarlic, 3 cloves cut into chunksParmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup Walnuts, 1/4 to 1/2 cup, to tasteBoboli Pizza crust- 16"Toppings-1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk6 Mushrooms- med to large sliced1/2 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced3 slices thinly cut oinon seperated2 Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
Directions
Combine all ingredients for the pesto sauce into a small food processor and process until smooth.

Spread Pesto sauce over pizza crust evenly, leaving 1/4 edge. Top with pizza toppings and bake in the over or pizza cooker until cheese is melted and veggies are cooked through. About 15-20 minutes.
Let rest for 3-5 minutes and slice into 10 thin slices.
