Focaccia

Ingredients
1 c warm water1 pk bakers yeast2 t. sugar1 c bread flour1/2 c oat bran1 t salt1 c whole wheat flour3 t olive oil1 c chopped onion3 cloves garlic chopped1 can 64 gram sliced black olives
Directions
Mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Let set 10 minutes. Add rest of ingrediants. Knead on table with 2 T flour. Put in clean bowl and oil with 1 t oil and let rise to double size. Knead again and spead out flat in pizza pan or cookie sheet. Let rise again. Top with 2 t oil and onion, garlic and oilves. Bake until crusty. Also good with 2 T parmesan sprinked on top.
