Quaker Oats Apple Crisp

4 cups cooking apples, sliced1/3 cup flour1 cup oatmeal, uncooked1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup melted butter
Peel apples; slice into 13x9 buttered pan. Combine dry ingredients into bowl. Mix melted butter with dry ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until apples are tender.

Made it for dessert this evening. Glad I read the reviews before I made it. I added about 3/4 C of water (used Granny Smiths) and it was still drier than I'd like it. I added more apple pie type spices . . . . and it is yummy. Hubby says it's a keeper!
