Peppery Brown Sugar Salmon

Ingredients
Pre-portioned Salmon Filet3 tablespoons light brown sugar1/2 teaspoon of onion powder1/2 teaspoon of cracked black pepper1/4 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions
Thaw the Salmon and pat. Pre heat oven to 425 F. Combine the dry seasonings in a small bowl. Brush the fillet with melted butter. Spronkle the seasonings evenly onto the fish and gently press. Place filet on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes.
