1 small head of cabbage, boiledI x 410g can of beans (red kidney, butter, or mexican hot chilli beans)Olive oil sprayGarlic, 2 gloves1 tsp crushed hot chiliHerbed salt
Slice and boil cabbage until tender, approx 40 minutes. Drain. (Cabbage can be preboiled and stored in refridgerator until ready to use). Heat olive oil, garlic and crushed chili in large fry pan. Add cabbage and herb salt. Puree beans (do not drain) and add to cabbage mixture. Stir well. Cook for further 3-5 mins or until the pureed beans has soaked well into the cabbage. Serves 2.
