Ingredients
CarrotsCauliflower1/2 cup of 1% milk- or whatever you ownSpray butter, salt & pepper all optional
Directions
Steam cauliflower and carrots, drain, put back in pan and smash them. I added a little milk and used my immersion blender. It was so good.
I even made them into little pancakes yesterday and cooked them olive oil........HEAVEN
