    Add spices: suggest that for 1 cup yogurt: 2 tsp cumin seed and 2 tsp black mustard seed. Heat til fragrant, perhaps 3-5 minutes carefully watched on medium heat. Add to raita, stirring. Salt just to taste - 8/17/18
