Vegetarian Protein Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices french bread (I used cobblestone mill sliced french because it's what I had on hand)1/2 serving yves vegetarian salami (the best)3 slices tofurky1/2 cup spinachmustardveggies to taste (I like pickles, tomatoes and olives green peppers and onions on this sandwich... adds marginal calories)
Directions
This is my favorite sandwich when I need a protein boost! It's a little high in calories, but it packs almost 26 g of protein per serving.

Um... assemble sandwich and eat. I like mine toasted.
