Ingredients
Fortune Fried Tofu, 227 gram(s) (8 ounces)Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Lee Kum Kee, 4 tbsp*Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 2 tbsp*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesGinger, ground, .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients in skillet; simmer. Add the tofu last.
