Beef Stroganoff

Beef chuck 16 oz in bite size pieces Cooking spray Garlic, 1 clove minced Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Lipton Onion Soup Mix (Dry Mix), 4 tbsp Water 8 oz. Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Flour, white, 2TbspPepper, black, 1 dash cream cheese, reduced fat, 1 cup Serve over egg noodles if desired
1.In large skillet cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
2. Stir in flour, pepper, mushrooms and Parsley. cook for 5 minutes more.
3. Stir in soups and water and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Stir in scour cream, heat through (about 5 minutes).
5. Serve over 2 cups of cooked egg noodles if desired.
