1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, boiled and cubed8 oz container reduced fat sour cream1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup3 T poppy seeds10 Ritz crackers, crushed1/2 stick margarine, melted
Combine chicken, sour cream, soup, and seeds together. Mix well and place in greased baking dish. Bake 350 for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Mix crackers and margarine. Spoon on top and bake for an additional 7 minutes or until browned. You may serve this on its own or over rice or egg noodles. Serves 5. Doubles easily.
