Healthy Tomato and Basil Pizza

2 cups-whole wheat flour1pkg active yeast1 tsp-splenda1 cup warm tap water1 tsp- Extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup- Pizza sauce1/2 medium tomato thinly sliced2garlic cloves minced5 leaves fresh basil-lightly torn1 3/4cups light italian shredded cheese
Preheat oven and pizza stone to 500 degrees.
Mix warm water and yeast and sugar, let sit for 5 min. Add flour and kneed until a smooth ball forms. Place in a greased bowl cover and let sit for about an hour.
Roll dough out into a large circle as thin or as thick as you prefer. Brush with olive oil lightly. spread out pizza sauce, as much or as little as you like. arrange tomatoes, basil, and garlic evenly on pizza. Top with cheese.
Bake for about 15 min or until cheese is browned.
