Buckwheat Pilaf

Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat.5 c celery.5 c mushrooms.5 c onions.5 c carrots1 tbsp of margarine
Directions
saute veggies, add 2 c water and bring to a boil. Add Buckwheat. Cover and simmer on low heat until all water is absorbed.

    Not too good, I think the mushrooms did not blend very well with the other tastes. I will try this again with bell peppers instead of mushrooms. - 2/20/13
