Lazy Day Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
8 oz - Chunk Chicken Breast (canned, but you can substitute fresh chicken breast if you have time!)1 cup - Canned Water Chestnuts4 tbsp - Mayonnaise (Substitute with Low fat or fat free mayo for a significant calorie drop)2 tbsp - Soy Sauce1 cup - Red onions, chopped
Directions
Makes 2 Servings

Drain canned chicken breast and water chestnuts.

Chop water chestnuts into 1/2 inch slivers and combine in a large bowl with chicken breast.

Add raw onions, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
