Dave's Potato Salad

7 medium potatoes8 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped3/4 cup mayonnaise2 Tablespoons yellow mustard1 bunch of green onions (scallions) chopped3 medium stalks celery, choppedSea salt and black pepper to tasteTobasco sauce to taste (very important)4 medium dill pickles, chopped6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
Peel and chop potates in desired size. Boil until just tender, then remove and rinse in cold water until cooled.
Mix all ingredients together, adjusting salt and pepper and tobasco to your tastes. Chill a few hours, or overnight is even better.
