Stewed steak strips

Ingredients
1 lb. beef, sirloin tip (for stir fry)1/4 vinegar1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp crushed garlic or 2 garlic cloves crushed1 tbsp salt1/4 cup tomato sauce3 cups of water
Directions
Combine vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, salt and tomato sauce in large sauce pan. When it's boiling, add steak strips. Mix all together so that sauce is completely covering all steak strips. Add water. Cover and let cook for approximately one hour or until sauce is at desired consistency. You can add a packet of Sazon if you'd like and pepper to taste.
