Mac & Cheese homemade

Ingredients
2 packs whole wheat macaroni6 cups skim milk1 pack light cream cheese1 cup flour4 plum tomatoes1 bunch green onionsparmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. In another pot, warm milk. When warm, add cream cheese and stir until melted. Beat in flour and 1/2 of parmesan cheese.

In 2 oven-proof pan, stir together sauce, pasta and veggies. Spread parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
