Sugar Free Applesauce

Ingredients
8 C. quartered, peeled Apples1 can crushed Pineapple, packed in own juiceCinnamon
Directions
Place apples in 6 qt. pan. You may use more apples if desired.
Pour can of crushed pineapple over the apples.
Simmer over medium to low heat so apples don't scorch. Stir frequently. (Some apples cook faster than others.)
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve hot or cold.
Delicious over cottage cheese, on pancakes, or just as a side dish. Makes at least 12 servings of 1/2 cup each.
