Apple Cinnamon Baked French Toast

Ingredients
10 slices Aunt Millie's Light Whole Grain Bread8 large eggs3 1/2 Cups skim milk1/2 cup splenda1/2 cup sugar1 t. vanilla4 cups peeled and sliced apples1 T. cinnamon1 T. butter, unsalted
Directions
-Spray 9x13 bakin dish with non-stick spray.
-Place bread tightly in pan.
-In bowl beat eggs, milk, splenda and vanilla with whisk 30 seconds.
-Pour 1/2 egg/milk mixture over bread.
-Layer peeled, cored apple slices over bread.
-Pour balance of egg/milk mixture over bread and apples.
-Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle evenly over top of apples.
- Dot with butter.

Cover and regrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes.

Cut into 12 squares and serve with warm syrup (calorie count not included.)
