Gnocchi with Spinach, Gorgonzola and Walnuts

1/3 cup walnut pieces1 lb. fresh or frozen gnocchi1/2 cup heavy cream8 cups baby spinach leaves
In a small skillet, toast walnuts over medium heat. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the cream and 4 oz. gorgonzola until most of the cheese has melted into the cream, but some small chunks still remain, about 5 minutes. Add the baby spinach and cook about a minute until the spinach wilts.
Add cooked gnocchi to sauce, gently toss to coat. Sprinkle walnuts over and garnish with more gorgonzola if desired.
