Jammin' Grilled Chicken & Onions

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breast1 md onion, cut into chunks6 tbsp your favorite jam, jelly, or fruit preserve1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp black pepper2 tbsp Italian Seasoning1 tbsp garlic powder2 cups cooked rice, white or brown
Directions
1. Prepare rice in way that want, or use leftover rice.
2. Place chicken, either as whole breasts or tenderloins (it's probably better to thaw thick pieces first), strewn with salt, pepper, garlic powder & italian seasoning onto George Foreman grill. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
3. Put onions chunks on grill with chicken. Move the chicken & onions around to get them browned a little.
4. Put water and jam in microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes, until jam is melted. Whisk up into sauce.
5. When onions & chicken are done, place over bed of rice and drizzle jam sauce over the top and enjoy!
