baked egg custard

Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten1 cup nonfat milk plus 1/3 cup dry milk2 tablespoons splenda1 tsp vanilla1 dash salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat all ingredients thoroughly in small oven-proof bowl
Place in larger oven-proof bowl filled halfway with boiling water and bake for about 30 minutes or until center is set.
