Rosemary & Thyme Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
*Baked Potato, with skin, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Thyme, ground, 1/2 tsp *Canola Oil, 2 tsp Onions, raw, 1.5 tbsp chopped Rosemary, dried, 1/2 tspGarlic, 1 tsp Salt,1/2 tsp
Directions
Cut up Potatoes into large cubes with the skin still on. Mix in a bowl with rest of ingredients. Put in foil and seal up. Cook in a dish at 375 degrees for 30 minutes then open up foil and let potatoes get brown for the remainder of the time. Serves 4.
