1 can navy beans1 6oz can tuna, drained, broken into chunks1 small onion, finely chopped1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced2 garlic cloves, crushed2 tablespoons dried parsley1/2 teaspoon tarragon2 teaspoons celtic salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
