Cauliflower and Toovar 'curry'

Ingredients
Medium bowl of flowerts of cauliflower cut into pieces (3/4 of medium of cauli)1 cup pigeon peasCilantroCumin seedsBlack mustard seedsSaltCanola oilTumeric powder
Directions
Heat oil
Add cumin and mustard seeds
Add tumeric powder and cauliflower pieces
Add 1/4 cup water
Cover and steam cauliflower until mildly tender
Add peas, salt, chili powder, oil if needed
Cover and simmer until all is tender
Garnish with cilantro

Makes about 5 3/4 cup servings
