Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
1 9-inch graham cracker crust2 8-oz pkgs. cream cheese, room tempature1/2 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 cup canned pumpkin pie filling1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Place the cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl. MIx with a handheld mixer to blend the two ingredients. until they are smooth. Add the eggs, pumpkin pie filling, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and mix until smooth. (don't beat too much, it will cause too much air in the batter and it will rise during baking and then fall and crack when it cools). Pour the mixture into the crust and bake the pie for 30 minutes or until the top looks dry with only a small damp spot remaining in the center. Cool completely before serving. Make 8 servings.
