Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp* Ground Turkey, 1 lb * Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped* Garlic, 4 cloves, minced* Celery, raw, 2 stalks, chopped* Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced * Mushrooms, fresh, 24 medium, sliced* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped * Tomato Paste, 12 ounces * Water, 3+ cups* Pepper, red or cayenne, pinch* Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp* Basil, 12 leaves* Salt, 1 tbsp*Splenda, 2 tsp
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add turkey, onions, celery, and garlic; sautee until turkey is browned. Add other vegetables and saute 3-5 minutes. Add tomato paste, water, and spices; simmer 5 minutes or more, until flavours are well blended. Serve with whole wheat pasta and ground pecorino romano cheese.
