Chicken/Veggie Stuffed Pita

1/2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (I use the frozen pack)3 Tbsp of Fat-Free Italian Dressing (more of less to your liking would be fine)1/2 Chopped bell pepper (I like the red ones)2 Tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
Makes one serving.
I choose to bake my chicken, light olive oil so it doesn't stick to the pan. Season to liking, I put on some pepper. One the chicken is done, cut it up into small square pieces. You cut up your bell pepper while your chicken is cooking, I like my raw, but im sure cooked would be great too. Then I mix the chicken, bell pepper, cheese, and italian dressing and I stuff my pita!!
