Pork Chops with Brown Rice

Ingredients
Brown rice Pork Chops Beef broth Crisco Carrots, cut in julienne strips Chopped onion White wine Dried leaf oregano, crumbled Dried marjoram, crumbled Ground black pepper
Directions
In a saucepan, combine brown rice and beef broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Brown pork chops lightly on both sides in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients to rice; transfer to a shallow baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, stirring the brown rice a few times. Brown rice and pork chop recipe serves 4.
