Cauliflower cream

Ingredients
6 Green onions, chopped 2 tsp Canola Oil2 Potato, diced1 Cauliflower, chopped4 cups Chicken Broth1 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Saute the onions in the oil for about 1 minute, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook for about 40 minutes, then puree.

Serve, and enjoy!

Makes about 5 servings of 1 cup

For a littlte more texture and taste, sprinkle some grated strong cheddar in each bowl before serving.
