Tofu, soft, .5 cup (1/2" cubes) (remove)Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed (remove)Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .25 cup, thawed (remove)**Flax Seed, 2 tbsp (remove)**Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice, 8 oz (remove)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix. Could add protein powder or greens powder for more nutrition.
