Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Garlic Powder, .5 tbspWater, tap, .4 fl oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), .2 cup, strips (sliced thin)Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Cucumber (1/4 of one - sliced thin)Whole Wheat linguini (8 oz)
Directions
Start cooking the pasta

Combine in a bowl: Peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic , sugar and hot pepper sauce. Whisk until combined.

Thinly slice green peppers and cucumbers.

When pasta is done, mix it into the sauce. Toss in the peppers and cucumber.

Also great the next day chilled!
