Pumpkin Muffins

2 cups sugar 1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder½ cup vegetable oil ½ tsp cloves3 eggs ¾ tsp cinnamon2 cups canned pumpkin(1-15oz can)½ cup water 3 cups flour
Makes 20 - 24 standard or 30+ small muffins.
Place sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin and water in bowl and mix.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
Add to first mixture and mix.
Place in greased muffin pan and /or use baking cups.
Bake at 400 degrees.
Approximately 15 minutes.
** you can also add fruits/nuts if desired
