Flank Steak

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak1/4 cup worcestershire sauce1/4 cup soy sauce2 tsp diced garlic1 tsp sugar
Directions
Mix diced garlic, soy, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over flank steak and marinate for at least 20 minutes. It's better if you marinate for several hours, but still taste good if you only have 20 minutes.

Cook on grill until the steak is done to your liking. Slice, the thinner the better!

Great served with grilled veggies or on top of a salad.
