WIld Turkey Soup

16 oz. of cooked turkey, cut up in bite size pieces1 10 oz. bag of frozen mixed vegetables1 c. celery, diced1/2 c. onion, chopped1 c. wild ricesalt and pepper as desired or any other spices but make sure to add them into calories.
I reheated the turkey in water to get the natural broth from it and used it.
Cut everything up and put in pot to cook. Cook until rice and vegetables are cooked through.
Add water as needed or low sodium chicken broth but then again add this to your calories if you use broth.
Serves approximately 8- 1 c. servings
