Beefy Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean ground beef1/2 large onion1/4 tsp. garlic clove, minced1 1/2 c. chopped celery2 tsp olive oil4 c. water1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef consomme2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms1 c. frozen cut green beans3 c. broken wheat spaghetti, cooked2 tsp. instant beef boullion granules2 tsp. parsley flakes1 1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 bay leaf1 can (8 oz.) HUNTS no salt added tomato sauce 1 can petite diced tomatoes (15 1/2 oz.) 1 tsp. oregano
Directions
In medium sauce pan cook spaghetti as directed on package. While that is cooking, in large sauce pan combine beef, onion, garlic, celery and oil. Cook about 3 minutes until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, including cooked spaghetti. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until celery is tender, stirring occasionally.
