Spinach and Carrot with Chicken

Ingredients
4 oz spinach4 cloves garlic2 medium carrots, sliced6 oz skinless chicken breast, shredded (basically one whole breast)2 tsp olive oil2 tsp red pepper flakes2 tsp rosemarySalt and pepper to tasteHardware:A chef's knifeA chopping boardA sautee pan or wokA slotted spoonMeasuring cupsYour trusty food scale
Directions
1) Measure your spinach on the scale.
2) Shred your chicken and measure.
3) Slice your carrot roughly.
4) Mince your garlic.
5) Mince your rosemary.
6) Heat your pan or wok on medium high and coat its bottom with olive oil.
7) Add all ingredients to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and spinach is wilted.
8) Serve. Makes one serving.
