Ingredients
1 can (5 oz) Hormel 98% FatFree Breast of Chicken in Water1 Minute Rice Single Serve Brown Rice1 Mini Babybel-Light CheeseSalt/Pepper to taste
Directions
Drain canned chicken. Cook rice in microwave as directed. Half-way through cooking time (30 seconds), combine rice and chicken into bowl. Add cheese on top. Continue cooking for remaining 30 seconds. May need to cook additional 30 seconds longer, depending on your preference. Season, stir, and enjoy a quick lunch at work!

    This was O.K. But for some reason it just wasn't something I'd eat again. Seemed like it needed to be creamy. May try sometime with left over chicken breast, not canned. Thanks for the idea. - 3/21/09
